where abouts are those speakers connected to? amp, head unit, if to an amp check the connections on the amp, if to the headunit check the head unit connections

by the sounds of it it sounds like a loose wire.

are you using the stock wire from the head unit if so the wiring could be faluty?

The headunit is the standed one and it is the stock wire.
It didn't do this with the stock speakers in thow? and they
were the only thing played with. Clean swope:confused:

Thats what makes this so weird, they are new speakers.

I know it sounds stupid but is it a buzz or a rattle? I know on Mums stock 6x9's the tinsel lead kept resting the cone and it was really crap. Any little change in the road and it would still make a noise.

Left of field, Pioneer 1950 deck + 6inch speakers are only $140 now :D

It's a buzz. I'am thinking it mite me a fault in the speaker.
That pisses me off when you pay big $$$ for a thing that
has a fault.
  :headbange :swearing: :tantrum:

It could be a broken speaker wire that shorts when hittin bumps?
Like a break mid cable inside the rubber coating?
Have you got any RCA cables running, prone to loose connections inside the protective cover with time and use...

Ahh ha. Yeah do you like to play them really really loud so they distort a little ( wont be hard off a std deck )? I would take them back, we did that testing a Kicker ES sub, blew the crap out of it so it smoked, however it still works with a terrible rattle. Even if you touch it it resonates and becomes annoying. Turn it right up and it is not so bad lol. Haven't taken it apart to investigate yet...

I guess thats what happens when you give a 125WRMS voice coil over 600WRMS

Stupid question, but does it still do it when you stationary and you are playing music? If it does, try taking them out or hooking them up to a home stereo. Loose grill??

I'am going to take them back because i have had it up till they distorted a little but only once.
so i know how loud to go and then come back a bit.
It only dose it when it is bumpy its fine when stationary .
Whats a Loose grill???

The cover over the speaker. That wouldn't be the cause, as that would rattle from bass in the tracks not from bumps in the road if it wasn't tight.

I would take the speakers back and swap them over for another set, may be a fault somewhere in the speakers wiring. What speakers are they out of interest?

I looked at the covers and are both tight.
I'am taking the car back to the place that i got them from
and the mate of mine that works there said that he will look
rite over them for me befor sending them off.
The speakers are the Infinity kappa 6" x 9" three-ways.
So there not cheap crappy ones.
