Hey guys.
Just wondering. Those that have or have used RPW's inlet manafolds, did they make a diference? How much different did it feel? Was there a difference on the dyno? How was power delivery affected?

Alex

I've been running a RPW manifold for about a year now. Midrange torque is noticeably improved, but starts to drop off rapidly above about 5.5Krpm.
Now that RPW have their own dyno, Dave could do some before and after tests. Logical isn't it? Would remove any doubts.

It's hard to quantify - but I guess it felt like it made about as much difference as going from the factory exec muffler to a redback straight through muffler...... but more in the low - mid rev range.
Other than that - I didn't get it dyno'ed before and after so...... thats all I can say.

it made a bit off difference for me. Up top made bugger all and it didnt even improve my quater mile time. It did however improve response down low in the rev range, similar improvements to what the 380 guys are getting with their new 90mm intake snorkels except they cost 50 bucks, this manifold is 1000!
if someone was to go down the path of big cams etc then the maifold would help more but on a stock setup car the gains are minimal but still noticeable

Hey TZABOY,
What mods did you have when you were N/A? How far did you go with the car?
Also How much power and what sort of 1/4 were you doing?

Alex
i put mine on the same time as the haltec went in so weather that helped with the power or not i got no idea but i havnt got around to putting the other one on to see the difference
