I decided to fix the leak on my rocker cover and bro noticed this.
Sorry for the HUGE pic but its so you can have a better look. They fee rough and snapped. Look at the right side of the pic.

Still looking, Puzzeld??? The only thing i can think of are the teeth on the cam,for the distrbutor output shaft. Aslong as the drive face(inside the groove) are smooth and not pitted and scored. its all good.

im pretty sure thats how they were born, look at the other end, its the same. Probably to ensure it doesnt hit a lifter

have to look an another TR cam
get back to you on that
doesnt seem to be a major problem
I have seen a lot worse
it would be undrivable if the bearing cap was split
until then keep driving
