There is a screw in the door handle surround, remove it and slide the surround out.

In the little pocket below the door handle there is a small square bit of plastic, remove it and the screw below it.

In the Air vent on the side of the door there is a screw, remove it.

Electric windows - remove the panel and unclip the unit.

Manual windows - prise the clip off and remove winder.

Now I use a flat head screwdriver to slide my way around the trim between the metal and the trim itself, youll hear the clips pop out of their holes.

Should be able to take it from there.
