i just installed a new HU and was wondering if i have to re-rune it for my sub and speakers or anything...it doesn't sound like it used to, it sounds like it is putting to much bass through the back speakers instead of all of it going to the sub..thanks

Yes, yes you do.
Go forth and retune to your liking.

You can't find a bass adjuster? Fade controls rear speakers, but changing the level of bass your HU outputs would be best.. Check your manual.

Your deck has an in built HPF. Check your manual to find how to turn it on. I think you need you sit down and see if you can find it all. Only the basic functions are on the knob :bowrofl:
You got:
*Subwoofer Level Adjustment
*Bass Center Frequency Control
*Bass Width Adjustment
*Bass Level Adjustment
*Treble Center Frequency Control
*Treble Level Adjustment
*3-Position High Pass (HP) Digital Crossover
Also you should redo all your gains if you have things amped. Sounds like a pain but it is worth it! :D

yes you will.
different decks put out different signal strengths / qualities.
for best results, retune the amp from zero.
