After having a simple, mdf baffle screwed into the door for months, I decided it was time to get a little bit custom. By screwing a baffle straight into the door, half the speaker fires straight into the door trim. It also fires directly towards the centre consol, not the best spot for sound.
So, here are some pics of some fibreglassed baffles I made. Speaker clears the door trims by about 1-2mm. They have been angled more in, than up. Any questions, fire away.

Hot glue gun with bambo sticks works wonders for getting that nice angle
