the problem is at the MAF sensor our Magnas have, it doesn't like spiral air. And when the MAF sensor stuffs up, your ECU will get wrong signals and eventually, your O2 sensor gets clogged or something along those lines.
Have fun.

Something like that. Damage? Mmm, perhaps if the fuel ratio leans out too much etc. Did you know that open filters like these pods are not RTA approved? And if it's not complying with RTA regs, your insurance company can void the policy if they wish, when you are making a claim.
But, that wasn't your question.
Use K&N panel instead with proper CAI?

Searches suck - gives one 10 million articles. Well, maybe only 5 milllion.
FAQs on basic matters like this would be great, but who's gonna do those....

It's not hard.
If you can think you can figure it out. Obviously some people lack that in here.
I have searched many-a forum before and found the answer quite quickly.
Also as far as FAQ's are concerned...I tried to start them but noone has bothered to do anything with them...if you'll notice I made FAQ Stickies in some topics but I left before I could finish it.
Searches aren't difficult, and it gets annoying logging on and seeing the same 4-5 questions being asked all the time.
Flame away if you wish, I really don't care, I know there's plenty of other who think the same as I do.

Ouch - you're hurting me KB! :(
I did some searches while ago and it produced pages of - hmmm - irrelevant chatter until I found the stuff I wanted.
Had there been a FAQ, it would have taken 30 sec.
I have seen your FAQs and they are good. We just need some more of them so this site would stay (?) bit more professional and informative.
But, perhaps it was never meant to be.
I agree with you that some/most things are repeated on daily basis.
I don't flame.
And I really don't think I'm less " up there" as you indicated - perhaps I'm just bit different from the norm here. And that of course is not allowed in this society.

The thing is that if stuff wasnt repeated all the time...then the searching would be quicker...
Searching initially solves the problem of repeated questions and then solves the issue of going through heaps of stuff to find the answer...
Agreed FAQ's are the way to go and they NEED to be made. But I can't do anything about it now though I would like to and I started to...
And sorry about going off...I was in a rare bad mood, my apologies, no hard feelings :D

Commander - cancel the scud missile, KB is on our side.
What? What do you mean "it's too late". Just - do something, before it hits the *******
*Silence*
Should we start to work on some FAQs?
I guess I'm offering my assistance. Probelm is - there is always one who disagrees with decisions. Ppl like me. ;)
