check ebay aus for cheap ones, try and get a non motorised one as the cheapo motors will die on you and u'll get angry and throw it out the window.

Never heard of them, buy an Eclipse or Pioneer HU.

i want to no about sound quality, even if i install sound system, will it perform?

You will usually take an audio system with u to your next car.

You wont be driving for ages, so do your research and dont rush in and buy crap. I did this when I was your age, with the knowledge/connections I have now I could have built up an awesome system years ago.

Main thing to look for is How does it sound. If you have never heard it and dont know anyone that has one I would assume it sounds crap. Alpine, Pioneer, Eclipse, all good options.

JVC on a budget also good.

HU is an easy thing to put into the next car... speakers can be left, but go good with a very nice HU now, and u'll live with it until ur needs change

Is this a DVD w/screen hu or a standard CD one?

Personally, I'd buy that Sony dvd deck Lucifer has up cheap atm, and get a cheap 10" flip down for $130 off ebay and wire that up. Heaps of tunes in mp3 on dvd's, and movie playback when you want it, all under $350. I'd buy that deck myself if I wasn't worried about running out of money on the car, awesome deck for $200.

Yeah I agree with Tim, I started getting stuff for the car when I was 16 till 18 and it sounded ok but forked out about $2.5k. Got rid of all of that and started fresh and over the last 4 years I have spent about $5k and the only thing I have changed is the sub ( only recently ). Now if I had bought good stuff from the start...

I would say Eonon would be as awesome as the Atlanta headunits that JB are advertising!!
