Can anyone point me in the direction of having all doors unlock on the first push of the button instead of having to push it twice. It becomes a pain in the A%#@E after a while

That's actually a safety concern. The reason the driver's door only opens on the first time is so that someone can not get into the passenger seat without you knowing them.

after market remote central locking does the job

im not 100% sure on magna but i know other models i.e new lancer paj etc u can program them on mut3 to unlock on one press of the button

Thanks to everyone. I am actually new here and to get some opinions is great. I will contact my local dealer otherwise i might think about installing an aftermarket remote system.
