well they aint working. looked at the fuse then dropped it in the engine bay and is gone but got another one new and still not working, is there any other gadget that controls the power windows? thanks guys :)

is it all of them or just one or two that dont want to work?

if its just one, might be as simple as a dirty contact in the switch, but if its all four... i have no idea!

yeah sorry its all four thats not working. its got me beat hey ive replaced the fuse and still not working then yeah :S

If you have someone else handy, put your ear near the relay as they turn on the key to Acc (obviously don't crank it over, and obviously take the necessary precautions, such as not getting hair caught in fanbelts...); you should hear it click, if not, try swapping it over with a non-essential relay as a test (horn, lights, whatever). If the replacement _does_ click, get yourself a new relay. If it doesn't, you've got a deeper problem.

is the drivers side electric window controls plugged in correctly / tight connection?

because doesnt the whole lekki windows (for all four) loop back thru the main control panel, and if its not connected, then none work?

just a thought i chucked in.

Correct. The main molex-like connector for the main control panel has somehow managed to work itself loose a couple of times. The first time it happened it took me some time to work it out, I was stumped :rant:

problem fixed :) i swapped the relay and still didnt work so i took the panel off and there it was just dangling, didnt know that the drivers is the key to all 4. thanks guys
