Unless the KR had an upgraded front end from a KS it wont have parras.
Show us some pictures.

The KR is for parts only, it's never been driven on the road since the motor was reconditioned and the front end been done. The KS XI cost me $400 with 3 months rego .It leaks abit of oil so I'm going to replace the motor with the one that's in the KR, saves me doing all the seals.
The KS Verada Xi has ABS, Airbag, power drivers seat, 2 tone paint ( still good) and everything
still works including the aircon.
I got 4 kids and they have/ had all 2nd gen Magnas for their 1st car.(91 TR SE, 93 TR 2.6 GLX wagon, 94 TS v6 manual wagon and sedan and 95 KS Xi Verada sedan.I also brought 4 2nd gen wrecks for parts over the years.(95 TS v6 manual sedan, 93 TR GLX sedan, 95 v6 auto sedan and the 93 KR Verada wagon)I got enough spares now to last me a life time:D
So now I won't need to buy any more Magnas!

I cant wait to put my power drivers seat in mine....But i want to hook it up so that i can move all the time in stead of just when the ignition is on...

I found one at the wreckers but no chance im swapping it for my leather....

Do you know if i can "convert" it to electric?

I'd say so because it has the motor on the bottom of the chair, should be removable.

Maby someone else knows 100%..

arnt the motors in the bases interchangable?
the base should come off from the seat to allow you to change to lekki seats :)

(Deanimus my KL can use the lekki seats while the ignition is off, should be able to hook the seat up to constant from the battery or something? not sure how they are hooked up in the KL but i can move them without the key in the ignition)

There's 4 motors that powers the seat, 2 for front and rear height adjustment, 1 for reclining and the last 1 for slide. Also the seat frame is different from the non power seat.

Pardon my ignorance, but i might as well know now rather then later, what's the difference between a Verada Ei Wagon and a Touring Wagon? if there is a difference?

Touring had the high spec stuff...Sun roof, head light washers, standard manual and auto.etc
someone on here knows all the specs... only 88 or something manuals made..

I've got no chance but I'll ask anyway. None of those cars happened to have factory roof racks did they? I'm probably out of luck but meh, I'll keep searching.

Here's some picture, inside is the KS, the Touring wagon has a sunroof, headlight washers, different motor and trim, digital clock, leather steering wheel, rear foglight, alarm, plus auto wipers. All KS Verada's wagons had roof racks.
Yeah I do have a spare manual gearbox for a v6 plus all the parts to do a conversion but I'm going to convert the Verada once the auto dies.

I've got a set of rails and crossbars but don't have the rubber mounting feet or brackets. Any chance you don't need yours?

[EDIT] Whoops, might've misread your last post Daft. You don't have any racks do ya?

I'm not 100% certain but I knew a guy who had a touring wagon and 1 of the valves got bent and they tried to replace than with standard v6 valves and they were to small.
One day I will found out when I do the motor on my.
Well according to English road test it goes from o-100km in 9.2 seconds ( it was sold over there as a Sigma )and it weights 1640kg while the a TS v6 manual sedan does it about 9.5 seconds and weights 1374kg.It certainly goes harder than my son's TS manual v6 sedan.

Thats pretty interesting.
As a last run of the 2nd gens you'd think they'd do the typical mitsubishi thing by slapping some stickers on it and pissing it off but seems like these mite actually be "tweaked" a little
