What car was the best system you ahve heard in, and what components did they use? :D Scrounging around for ideas, knowledge=power ;)

the best car we have in alice is a Pajero, fully home job, 3x15s plus heaps of shit! it beat a $24,000 pro install HSV GTO Coupe'

it depends on what you are talking about.... sound quality, volume or SPL...

I work in the industry and as such have heard many different vehicles. The craziest vehicle I have heard (and probably the highest SPL) is a VT commodore from Mt Gambier in SE south australia with 12 x 12inch alpine subs replacing what used to be the back seat.

The clearest/nicest/best sounding system I have heard would have to be the Alpine demo mercedes that is full of their F#1 status products, probably about 35K worth of equipment that has full dolby digital 5.1 surround sound... very clear sound.

Other than demo vehicles, I would say that my own car would also be right up there with the best system I have heard. Its a 2000 TH magna with focal utopia 3-way splits in the front, 2-way splits in the rear, clarion deck and TV, 2 x 15" fusion subs, fusion capacitors, 2 alpine V12 amps, 2 alpine monoblock digital amps. if you want to see more of it... http://www.fastmagna.com/gallery/10_4/index.html
