By the title you can guess what this is about. I need to replace my D/S indicator on my Magna TP SE but have no clue. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

thanks

If you mean the upper ones next to the headlights, someone has brand new aftermarket ones on eBay for about $45 for a pair. They only take about 5 minutes to replace.

Just taken it out thats soo easy. Prob I have is that its the wrong part, too big. Must be from something else. I have a Magna SE but Im not sure if thats a TP. I got the TP part but it wont fit. will take it back tomorro.

What is my car? Is it a TP? I have no idea.

It should say the model on the firewall at the back of the engine bay, but i'd say it's a TP.

VIN should read 6MMTP4P41xxxxxxx, if it's a TP SE.

I'd say you may have got a part for a TR. Does it look similar to the other one, or reversed of the passenger side?

The other thing, is the spring clip on the back needs to be hooked. They're easy to remove, but a bitch to put back in.

the two metal clips on the blinkier have to fit into the headlight holding spaces

you can adjust the headlight by undoing the 2 screws

and make sure the wiring is clear
and that spring goes through the chassis

I havent played with the screws but the clips are going in fine and everythings outta the way. Is there a trick to fitting them back in?

are the two plastic guides on the inducator
still intact that fit into the guard

should just slide in with the spring holding them in
after the holding hook passes through the guard

yer there are the two little things at the side that the indicator fits into. with the hook, where do I clip it into? I'm having a hard time getting it to hook on anything. The side clips are also going in fine still doesn't get into it properly. The rain looks like it'l hold up today so ill have a longer crack at getting it in.

you will se the spring thats you put through the chassis has a short S bend ( pink circle )

that S bend is the tensioner and holding part for the lense
