im looking at replacing my wiper blades with a chrome pair since everything on my car is either chrome or black....n they will stand out more.
BUT!!.....ive just measured them.....one was 21.5", the other was 19.75". now the 21.5" is on driver side, and there is enough room to change that to a 22".....but with the 19.75"....it is really close to the edge of the window already, and so a 20" wouldnt fit.
I was wondering if its possible to get the 20" n then just trim a bit off??

I dont really want to put 18" on there, because that will reduce the surface the blade covers significantly.....so id like the 20" if there is any way i could.....

anyone else had a problem like this....or know of anything i can do to make it work?

also....the lenths ive given are the total lengths of the actual blade part.....not the frame. so i hopw when they are talking about wiper lengths....they mean in total with the blade....n not just the frame length lol......can someone tell me if thats rite or wrong?

the rubber part of the wiper blades will be easy cut with pliers / side cutters.

dont do my trick of assuming both sides are the same size... and starting with the smaller side and cut the second the same...

went to Repco...measured their 20" and 22" blades...found out they were actually 19.75" and 21.5" respectively (same as measured on my car)......so found the chrome ones on ebay...bought em for xmas...measured to make sure..n they are 19.75" and 21.5" aswell.

im really glad i got the 20 n not the 18" now lol........
now i just gotta put em on!!
