The triangular black triangular plastic trim pieces near the outside mirrors on my car are both cracked. look around at 3rd gens in a carpark and almost all of them are cracked. Mitsubishi price was crazy. Tried wreckers and most of the 3rd gens had same problem. If you go and check yours you will probably find they are cracked.

Nope mine aren't cracked (yet) but the black plastic trim around there and the windows is stuffed. It's all faded and peeling. In addition, the plastic underneath the wipers is also faded and the edges are cracked or disintegrated. Not made to withstand our harsh climate it seems.

Noticed my passenger side one has cracked some time ago.....and I live in Tassie!!!
Can't say i'm too happy about this as my car is garaged and I do look after it.
