Hey all,
Got a few questions about my engine. As I take it off the mark, whether I gun it or go granny, the engine seems to stutter as it tries to increase in revs. Once the car is at 60km/h it's fine but any sort of acceleration seems to make the engine stutter. Is this a misfire, if so it could be a problem foy my LPG. Is it possible that the spark plugs or the leads need to be changed? Any ideas?
Cheers.
Is the car serviced regularly?
Yes, sounds like a misfire of some sort.

Yeah, at the most it'll do 10,000km between eac service. The thing is that it was serviced in the past 2 weeks and it's steadily increased from every now and then to every time I accelerate. Pain in the butt really. The other thing is that it's chewing through my fuel which really ****s me 'cos it's so expensive at this time of year . Wow, who'd have thought venting was good for ya lol.

take it to a gas specialist, sounds like it's starving down low in the revs.
a regular service won't include anything to do with your LPG so i'm guessing this may be the source of your problem.

I would usually agree, but the place I got it serviced are the guys that installed it. Then again, they may not have serviced any of the LPG system, so might still be right. I've already looked into booking it in but I've gotta wait until Thrusday 'cos of all the holidays. It's a pain 'cos I don't really like driving granny, and this is forcing me too. Damn money pit.
