The TL/TW electric windows look the easiest to impliment into a non power windows 3rd gen. From the look of them they use the "wind up" window door cards with small switches on the armrests for the rear and the front doors use a cluster of switches in the centre console.

Wreckers would be your best place to look, otherwise cut off your left arm, put it in bag, put that into an esky full of ice and pop into Mitsu spares and use it to make a down payment.

For my power windows conversion cost me $250 for the door cards + motors + cost me more for wiring and stuff.
So its a possible $300+ modification and a bit of a head**** to wire up aswell.
But well worth it for cruising in summer boiiiiii
