bought my self some dba slotted discs for chrissy.Went to put them on today only to find out they are smaller than my standard discs.the pads stick out about 3mm over the edge of the disc.

can just see the pads in second photo sitting over.
any body else had the same with dba discs?

Looks like you bought the 4000 series. Are you sure that you received the 4417's? I don't remember the pads sticking out with mine.

return rotors or find the right disc pads for the rotors

That's odd. I assume you bought dba part no. 417 for TJ AWD and EVO IV which is exactly the same diameter as on Ralliart. You checked them against each other to see they are the same diameter?
Weird.

Looks like you have part no (4)425 for the standard magna brakes 276mm dia not 294mm awd/Ralliart.

I have to agree... looks like about 2cm difference in diameter.

take them back and get the right size.

They arnt 4000series DBA rotors there just normal slotted rotors (as they dont have the extra smaller wiper slot on edge of rotor).

Darren it definately looks like you got rotors for a standard magna not the larger ralliart/AWD size.

And respray the calipers coz they look awful!!!
