heya guys i took the heat shield of my exhaust manifold and i seen this crack wondering if it's healthy or not as it's all white around the crack i will post pic to show u all :rocket:

Can you hear an exhaust leak? if not dont worry about it. you wont damage anything by not fixing it. You can get them re-welded, but for the trouble just replace with extractors.:D

i got my car booked in for extractors but just wondering if it will be okay for a little bit

yes it will be ok till then

thats not a bad crack most are far worse

the crack seals up as the motor heats up

its a common fault with the 4 cyl motor
