What model car have you got?

If its a TE onwards I can help you (not sure on 2nd gens)

Front door trims:
1. remove screw on door lever (the thing you use to open the door :D ), and then remove handle surround, should just slide off.

2. remove small tab inside door handle (thing used when closing door :D ) using small flat head screw driver, there will be a phillips head screw under it you have to remove.

3. feel at the bottom of the door trim with your hand for a small tab where you can fit a few fingers and pull outwards the door trim should come off as it is now only held in place by clips.

4. the top of the trim needs to slide upwards as it is liped at the window area.

Rear speekers:
1. open boot
2. undo 3 nuts around speeker
4. remover covers from inside car and use either very short phillips of a 90 degree bent screw driver to remove 4 screws and pull speekers up.

opps i just saw you have a TH :D

remove the back seat and there is plently of holes to thread the wires through which are all hidden behind the carpet
