ok so for some time ive been putting together my air bag kit.

for a few months now i have had everything operational bar bolting the struts in. (this includes, switch box, guages, wiring, air tank and compressor)

I finally got some second hand struts and cut the bottom of them off and welded them to the air bag struts and threw them in.

NOW! its got probally 15-20 cm travel. unfortunatly it hasnt got it to go as low as i wanted but im going to order some new strut tops that let the center pop through the car and allow the whole strut assembely to sit 2" lower.

I was told i could always weld the bottom of the old stuts to the side of the air bag struts but i like the idea of pushing the car up from under the strut instead of the side (engineering wise).

so the back is up and running it gets about 4-5 full up and downs per tank and almost lifts of the ground on the way up.
Video of me trying to make it hopp of the ground

The ride in the back is awsome, so smooth for the old country roads out here in Wagga/Wangaratta. Main reason for doing it was so i can still tow the boat and motorbikes ect. With the bikes on the back tows like a dream. Sits a little lower than the video cause once you drive it it sinks probally another inch, just short of tucking rim.

The frount will be alot easier as the bracket on the bottom of the strut is welded on the side. so i can weld it as low as itll go befor hitting the drive shafts. so should tuck till it hits under the guards
