ive rang sooo many people, and this i swear is the hardest bonnet to come by!!!!

i was looking for one for my car to do an airbrush job on and omg, either noone has them or they want 408 bucks for one.

theres a guy in sydney who has quoted me 300 dollars for one, that is meant to be in good nick second hand... do u reckon this is worth it... ?

Cass, it's hard to see how any second hand bonnet is going to be in a good enough condition to match the clearly immaculate condition of your car. If you are going to cover the entire bonnet in an airbrush job then I reckon pay much less than 300...

it is 300 plus dilevery to my door in gerringong 45 mins south of wollongong.
after spraying ADZA27 full car, and figured out how to get it close to a factory job, we have enough expertise to spay it the colour of my car, and then i will do an airbrush job on top. Im sure you will all get to see it finished. Just what to airbrush on it i havent decided, something that doesnt clash with my sable black, and that looks classy not like some jobs ive seen, im keeping my old bonnet.
Just a pity that parts (mainly the bonnet) for my car are so damn hard to come by. Thanks for your advice.

I've seen your other work you have posted - all v. nice. What about doing something themed on the Ralliart colours and WRC cars???

If i was you i would just air brush your bonnet.

Worst case in the end you can just rub it all back and paint it factory again. will cost less than $300. u will never use two bonnets anyway..:)

I know its not very creative but what about a massive Decepticons logo on it.

they aren't the easiest this to find... i'm getting a new 1 very shortly. my cousin is a panel beater and is getting a brand new 1 at his price for me... i just gotta get it from bris back up here.
