Hey guys. This is actually really bothering me atm. A few months ago I bought a new steering wheel and boss kit and the boss kit was supposed to be for a TR magna so It should be all good. When my old man first installed it he didn't put the boss kit in the right way and so consequently when turning left the indicator would stay on after the turn was complete and when turning right it would switch off prematurely. This was getting very annoying and even quite dangerous on roundabouts as I would have to hold my hand down on the bloody thing when turning right. I have since had a look at it and fixed it up and I put it in exactly the same way as it looks for my old steering wheel which is fixed into the back of the wheel. So I had it all correctly lined up(so I thought) and then when i was making turns it was fine. No problems.. Left turns and right turns it would switch off at the right time. However there is STILL one problem and it is getting really annoying now. When say indicating left and turning the wheel a little to the right(an example is when I'm turning left at a roundabout so a simple manouver but I need to do a little weave to the left and then back to the right beforehand cos u know how these days some roundabouts have that little swirvy road just beforehand to stop ppl flying through.) and so when I turn a little to the right say when wanting to go left it switches off. I don't know if it's a problem with the boss kit or the way I have installed it but left turns and right turns are fine and everything it's just on roundabouts etc when I need to go a little left then a little right that it clicks off. If I am making a right turn at a roundabout, and so I have my right indicator on,as I am going around the left part of the roundabout it switches off. Can anyone here point me in the right direction here? atm I'm thinking the problem is STILL the way it is put it. It should have a marking on the boss kit "top" to know where to put it in but it doesn't.... I swear I have it in the right way now so I don't know.

I have the same problem with mine, the right turn stays on forever and I have to manually turn it off..but the left turns off way too quick.

I tried making sure I didnt have it on the wrong spline. I made sure the tyres were perfectly straight and I put the wheel on straight. The problem I found is that the boss itself must be out a bit..because the straightest position for the wheel is still on a little angle.

I havent figured out how to fix it yet, So far I've just gotten used to it...but I'm going to pull it apart and see what else I can do. I dont really think there is anything I can do tho

It's normal, some cars with aftermarket wheels and boss kits have this problem...
