anyone know how to get the factory stereo on 3rd gen magna up and running again after battery has been disconnected? its not in the owners manual.

If you don't have the 4 digit security code, you have to go in to any mitsu dealership and show proof of ownership and for a small fee of $20(ussally) they will supply you with the code.

$20 to supply you the code? Mine just gave it to me...

For 20 bucks rip the stocker out and get a nice new headunit :D

The code should be in your manual that came with the car.

its not in the manual, I can see why though now, if you kept the manual in the glove box, a thief would just need to take the manual along with the stereo.

It should be inside the operators manual book, inside the cover.There is a folded cover covering.If it is blank then i would go back to the dealer and get them to put it in the book, which should have been done when the cars was sold new.
