My TR (which I'm really beginning to love, despite the fuel consumption  ) has had a minor front-end biff and there is a gap of around 25mm between the bottom of the light nacelle and the top of the bumper bar on the left front. The bumper bar and the light are both undamaged, so I want to know how I can fix this myself. My guess is that I'll have to remove the entire bumper asembly, but what then???

Ahh i see... hard to tell the damage, but i'd remove the bumper first.

I reckon the reinforcement bar might be bent down a bit. You might be able to straighten it up.
