Hey quick one...does anyone have any recomendations on new tyres but with the stock rims. Im thinking of toyo proxes 4 as they seem well priced and are recomended.

Any thoughts?

Definitely go for a reputable company like bridgestone, falken, toyo, etc. Go to the wheels magazine web site and they have a pretty good review of 17" & 18" tyres.

Because the tyres are what keep your car stuck on the road I would personally be aiming for something like bridgestone's adrenalin series. Like all performance tyres, they are freakishly expensive but well worth the investment.

im currently using the goodyear eagle f1 seems to be a good tyre in terms of grip, noise level and wear so far. Even comes with a lip on the edge of the sidewall to help protect the edge of the rim from scraping

Well I think im going to try out sme bridgestone potenza RE-001 Adrenalins on my ralliart next. They are the new flagship tire for the bridgstne range and ive heard nothing but raving reviews about them...

Not a bad price for the performance... $248ea fitted and balance for 225/50 R17...

Ive heard of prices of $235 for 235/45 R17...
