Reading the forums, a firmer rear sway is meant to transform the handling of the AWD. I contacted Whiteline who advised me to contact MRT performance for installation. I was just a bit too busy next week to organize that with work restarting, so I tried KMac who were happy with a just drop in today,we'll make one approach. I ended up with a Kmac made 20mm non adjustable replacement of what appeared to be a 16mm original.
After watching some cricket all was fitted up and ready to drive. I certainly feel that the rear sway has tightened the handling in a very enjoyable way, as reported in these forums with other approaches. Just thought I'd report on this product and a different way to skin the same cat. Mod virginity lost!
Awesome service!!! Less understeer?

Even without any other suspension mods, it pretty much transforms the cornering. I went from an 18mm stock bar on my FWD, to a 22mm adjustable, which I've got on the hardest setting, and it's much nicer to drive.

Sweet, what was the cost drive in drive out?

Yes less understeer. Just feels amazingly "tighter" for what was already an impressively good handling car. To me an all gain no compromises mod.

$270 drive in, drive out. When he (K McIntytre) told me it had to be made, I was interested in 22mm (I want less understeer). However I'm quite happy with the 20mm that went on.

Sounds awesome. I've only had praise for kmac in my dealings with them. I'll be popping down next week for sure to get one of these babies put on, its something i've been meaning to do for as long as I can remember.

Did the bar just bolt up in the factory position?

Factory position, all standard mounting points. There was some fiddling, (Ithink there always is) and Kmac made a note of the later model Magna.

i wanna do this myself - but gotta get off my butt and get it organised lol
i always thought the AWD was pretty tight in cornering - but would start to feel a little 'loose' at the back end occasionally - esp through a long sweeper of a corner at speed (freeway on ramps etc)
good to hear that the mod virginity has been broken!
now you have started - its hard to stop! haha

Indeed! Good decision you made there!
For all the upgrade mods I made, Kmac was the best spend I made. I upgraded my Rear sway bar at 22mm on my ralliart and also lowered my the car with their springs. Tell you, it handles well beyond my expectation.

Today just made an excuse to drive the car and the handling feels transformed. Very happy with this vist to Kmac.
