Has a chrome letterbox grill been made before? I think it would look cool but not sure if i would have to find a high quality chrome spray paint or if i would need to actually get it chromed - not sure if this would work

any one seen it done or got any suggestions?

I considered this at one stage, you can get plastic chromed but you would have to make the grill perfect or it would look crap and as far as I'm conserned chrome paint looks crap

I agree - if you want cheap chrome, go the film stuff for flat surfaces.

You'll get the best results though from getting the plastic chromed (after you've gotten every last tiny bump out of it, of course).
