im lookin at puttin a neon on the front grill, how do i go about the wirering, wat do i wire it 2? is it worth doing it, or not?

Well it needs 12VDC, so you will need either power from the battery, the ciggie lighter, or the HU.
Or to a ciggie lighter adaptor. and then earthed
Run the wires along other wires in your engine bay so it doesnt stand out, keep the tube hidden so it doesnt look homo, i would use LED sticks. I will never ever go back to neons.
Boozer and nemesis can vouch for my love of the LED.

you gotta do it right man. Full LED million color undercar set with 2 LED million color tubes stuck to the roof and 2 in the footwells :D Thats'a how i roll.

if you want to show off get 4 neons, 2 under front seats and 2 under the dash in the footwells making sure they cant be seen, will give a nice glow and not look crap or over the top. 1 in the grille will look stupid

ive already done the neons in the foot well,, an under the seats, behind my gauges are blue, an intereor lights are blue, got 2 neons in ma boot hooked up to the boot switch, im jst gettin bored wit it now, just changed my parker lights 2 white led's an driver lights 2 bright white bulbs, looks sweet

unless you go full undercar sounds like you are done

as far as my mount - cable ties!

i got the thin cable ties, there is virtually no movement of the neon/grill so i didn't need anything heavy duty. Unless you walk up to my car and look directly through the grill you won't see them.

I wired the neons in series with my old undercar neons (now gone) - to a switch in the cabin. wasn't that hard at all - just take the time to run the wiring cleanly around the engine bay and keep them fastened securely.

blue and red are the 2 worst colours to use as neons (red depends on where it is). having blue gets immediate attention from the cops, as does red if it is points fowards.

Ah, so true. Might i add.. please dont put underbody neons on a pile of crap that deserves a good few yellow stickers!

On a decent car, with some mods, neons can add a good effect. But otherwise...
