Hey all !
Long time no write.
Just a question about changing plugs and leads.
To change the rear P and Ls does all that intake crap
really have to come off. If so, any instructions or tips
would be appreciated.Or should I just take it to Mits?
If so, what do you reckon it costs.
I just dont want to pay to have something so basic
done and be charged through the nose for it.
P.S. I have a 99 TH 3.5 and I'm on the NSW south coast.

Yes you will need to remove the intake to access the rear Ps and Ls...
Which is why mitsu uses platinum ones for the back and normal ones for the front coz they are too lazy to do it everytime LOL :D

It really isn't to hard a job but if your scared on working on your car best left to mitsu.

You will need new gaskets etc when you put your intaje maifold back on.

What leads do ppl suggest to buy? I dont mind spending $$$ on a good set without going over the top. In other words what leads would be a nice upgrade for my TJ?

I've been looking to change my rear spark plugs (3.5 V6 TJ) but also can't find any information on it. I don't want to have to spend big at mitsu to do it - -- has anybody actually done it themselves???
if so what are the basic steps, what parts do I need, are there any manuals that go through the process, etc.
thanks

I have just upgraded to platinums all around and ngk plugs. Seems to be running well, cant say it has made a huge difference tho.
