Does the 2000 VRX have electric auto aerial? cause if so, mine's f#*ked! I've never seen either way, but i can't even move it manually cause it's rusted solid! Are there replacement kits & where can I find them?
Thanks

I think all the VR-Xes have the electric aerial. If so, you can pick up genuine OEM replacement units for around $120 from any mitsu parts shop. 10 minute job to replace.

yes VR-X's have electric arials - and they have that damned feature of off when the CD is playing but up when the radio is on - took a bit to figure out why the amp remote wire wouldn't work when i tuned the CD - but worked with the radio haha

I actually like the features, as then the aerial is out of the way for if you listen to CDs most of the time. Most head units have both an amp turnon wire and an antenna wire which is separate.
