Anyone ever done it?
wondering what it would look like, if it would make it look more sleek or more like a boat, as they already do without ground-effects.

Pics of it perhaps? may have to submit for a photshop perhaps.

BTW, talking of the fronts, my wagon has no rears, and it looks ok, but more so for sedans and all round.

you get a better line and look on a car

you are left with the glue to get off

and with the flaps off you loose a rust trap

yeah, all of that is true, i think the brighter paint color under the glue will be the biggest annoyance to fix, kinda like debadging.

had mine off the 2nd day since buying it ans that was 2 years ago. And as long as you clean your car often and don't put away wet then rust won't be a issue.
there should be a pic in my profile.

ahh kool, someone has done it, I barely drive my sedan, and plus all insides of the car involving frame and within the guards are fish oiled and tar painted to avoid rust.
Found out from day 1 owning a Magna where the rust spots are.

Got a distant shot? Up close hard to tell what the overall look is like.
What about a larger pic of your avator?

ahh cool.

ever fit the rest of your kit, cause you can have my mudflaps if you want em.

I still don't know tbh, maybe if I could modify the sideskirts so the fit flush or had a tiny bit of a lip like my fto does then I'd be happy.

hmmm....

Thanks for the pics tho, car looks good.

as it was, yesterday when I was walking round the neighborhood, happened to come across a white and black SE that had no mudflaps, had a good look at it, and yeah, have decided to remove mine,

removed the rears last weekend, found abit if rust underneath one, and a silver overspray job, obviously from an accident or rust repair on the otherside.

But yeah, does make the car look cleaner.

perhas trim and then colour code them, but if you take them off in time you will regret all the stone chips and crap that goes up the side of your car
