went out with mate who's a memebr of camcrew and took a few photo's of our rides....lets us know what you think and any suggestions on making my car stand out more....

your car looks nice but those mudflaps stand out like a sore thumb :P you should get rid of em

thanks guys, parras are coming soon (just moving to brisbane takes first priority), dont really want to colour code as i will be getting a bodykit and where i live atm i perfer to keep the mudflups (even tho they look a bit stupid) as they are protecting the car.....on my roof the clearcoat is starting to stuff up any idea on the cost of having it repaired (just rough figures)..... I also got a T28 turbo I want to drop in once i get the rest of the parts I need together (injectors, fuel pump, and e-manage) :)

I think the camry looks real good, and a lot of work has gone into it.....

oh and it was dog that decided it wanted in on the photos

The magna looks great, few modifications listed above would make it nicer, but shes great as is atm. The camry, I dunno, it looks, less grandpa, but it just looks riced to me, no offense.:redface:

Blue mesh in the front grille looks a bit iffy from here, Definatly get some parras and clear side indicators, will make it look clean as...
The camry looks ok. Chinese dragons on the side kill the look of the car and are they 16"s If he got rid of the stickers and put some nice dished rims on there that camry would look pretty insane.

yeah the grille got smashed up by a bird :rant: so the mesh is just sitting there to stop the rocks....need to fibreglass it back up....

To make it stand out a bit more..

Bigger and unique rims - not the standard $1900 Tempe Tyre rims (elanor etc)
Colour coding
Dechrome the window surrounds to create a more blended look between the windows and blue colour of the car.
Lower it alot more
Remove mudflaps

As to the camry.. That bodykit doesnt flow at all with the lines of the car.. It really looks like duplo lego set (http://preschool.lego.com/en-US/default.aspx) has been bolted onto the front and sides...



More pictures of yourcar in the foreground and the camry behind a tree would result in nicer pics..

I think another stripe would improve the look, exactly the same but on the other side to even it out. I was once a fan of the offset stripe.... but not so much anymore. Balance is Beautiful.

Hey mate, u got a similar ride to me,..im the same as you like the mudflaps for practicality etc...and think they look better on but they stick out on a dark car in grey, cost me less than $50 to colour code the mudflaps and the grey side mould, has been a great improvement-and makes the car look finished...

I'd say lose the stripe then do whats been said above, doesn't work on the wagon imo

i cant lower the magna anymore cause even at this height cause otherwise i'll hit everything out this way cause the roads are so crap (alot of dirt tracks), might look into it once I move back to brisbane. The tint is legal (which is important to me) cause insurance costs to much to have it voided

The strip is staying right where it is cause it stands out from the other magna on the road.

The exhaust is.....well loud (but with a nice deep note) and being a wagon it probably seems louder to me in the car, cops have pulled me over a couple of times, so now i have a db report in my glovebox.....89db.

I ended up getting hold of an emanage so hopefully in the next month or 2 it should be turboed. Going from work to uni student has shown me how crapping it is funds wise to be studying.
