I got an 05 lancer cd/radio recently, all above board but the guy I got it off had pulled it out of his car and it has a security code. previous owner bought the car as a repairable wreck and does not have the code. how do I get the code? Full details please. and no, it is not written on the radio

Ring mitsu, they should be able to provide the code if you can provide them with the serial number of the unit, I'd presume.
