Do extractors that fit on a TL-TW fit on a TH (3.5). As far as I know it should but I just want to make sure.

What sort of extractors?

If they're Pacemakers, RPWs, HM Headers, anything like that, I'm almost 100% sure that they need to be modified to fit the stock exhaust, because of the extra length of the TL and TW's cat convertors.
