Hi Guys,

I'll start by saying that yes, i have attempted to use the search function and found a lot of info on this subject, but I can't seem to find the thread i was looking for so here goes....

I am going to do a major service on my 3.5ltr TH in the next couple of weeks and i remember seeing a thread once dealing with the "rough idle" problems common to 3rd Gens, in the thread someone had listed the proper mistu part numbers for the ISC o-ring, TB gaskets and other bits required to do the throttle body clean-out. Does anyone know which thread this was from, or do they know the numbers and can re-post them?

Like i said i've searched numerous times but obviously my search-fu is not strong enough.

Thanks in advance

Cam

if he still has/does them you should look at getting one of ezboy's high flowed TB's they should come nice shiney and clean internally after he has smoothed them out.

Nah this car is remaining standard mechanically, apart from rims and lowering if you want to count that. Just looking to do a decent tune and if i can get the part numbers it will be far easier to get it all sorted before i start pulling bits off it :)

Thanks for the info anyway.

a common problem with th /kh veradas
my kh ei verada had 92000kms on the clock and after 450.00 spent on throttle body service and injector clean i gave up
the rough idle drove me insane!!
i sold my verada and bought a 2001 kj xi verada and no rough idle
before i bought the kj i tested a kh xi verada as this was a well kept model but was completely put off by the rough idle as soon as i put it in drive
my current model kj has done 169000 and drives and idles spot on ,no complaints
i absolutely love my car
