I've noticed slight oil drips on my garage floor lately. So I took it to Preston Motors to have it checked out. Was told it's most likely from the camshaft seal and to fix it would cost between $350 to $400. Any other members have this problem before? Would be interested to hear your experiences.

One of the commenest places for a V6 Mitsi to leak. Its a good practice to replace the seals when doing your timing belt to save on labour in the future.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately, the timing belt had already been done when I bought the car. They should have replaced the seal at the same time.
