Anyone got any ideas on how to get the 19mm nut that holds the bearing plate onto the strut off?
When i try to undo it the strut is spinning around inside its self.

It should have a little tab ontop of the thread for you to hold with a adjustable spanner. If you have broken that off.. then a rattle gun will get it off in no time.

also if you dont own a rattle gun, use a hacksaw to make a v shaped groove in it and use a big flat head screwdriver to hold it.

Got it off now. Have to get the stock spring and strut back in now. Doesnt look like fun.
Any ideas on how to make it easier?
Do they have to be compressed to get them back in?

Yes you will need a spring compressor. Supercrap sell them. Careful when using you dont want the sucker flying at you.

Ive got spring compressors. Im taking my coilovers out and put my stock springs and struts back in.
How do i compress the strut to fit it back on? Compressing the springs does not change the length of the strut.
