Looks pretty good, nice way to make the interior feel less plasticky. Did you remove the rear seat belts or have a cut line in the C pillar trim?

you take bottom part of the seat off undo the bottom part of the seat belt and feed the seat belt through the hole in the c pillar mate nothing more really

They look nice bud, just me being a car detailer make sure you keep dust/dirt away from that damn suede. It's a damn biatch to clean.

the trick with suede is to rub against the grain with thick foam in case you didn t know maqte ,easiest way to clean suede

nice job mate, i was thinking about doing the same in mine, only with the black textured fabric used in the Calais and HSV commodores
only problem with trimming the headlining/pillars black in a magna is there are no genuine black seatbelt covers, assist grips, interior lighting or sun visors.
while it can all be painted, i'd prefer genuine looking moulded items

You need to do the roof black with like LED's stuck everywhere so it looks like the night sky:P

Firstly the material you are after is called velour its about $90 a linear metre[no joke]
nah i dont think its velour, isn't that soft?
the pillars on HSV and Calais are trimmed with the same material as the headlining, which seems like a thick weave of some sort.
best pic i could find:

hell, just stick that interior in my car!!

it would look rice........ lol
My VZ SS has i think the same material on the pillars as the VE pictured.. and its definatley not suede - it has quite a hard feel to it and feels as though it is made of a pretty co**** fibre..
im 101% sure its not velour or suede..
also, black pillars and headlining show up more dust and dirt - **** knows how it gets there either..
