have a TS magna and have recently had a most odd occurence :P after driving home on saturday night with my neons (interior) on and working, i started my car up this morning and found that nothing in the interior of my car had power (ie headunit, ciggie, neons, other interior lighting). dont think its a problem with the neon wiring as they have been in and working for a few months now. not a battery issue as the car starts and headlights work without engine running. latest change i made was the old LEDs in the instument cluster job, although that was in and functioning on the saturday night.
anyone have any idea as to what could cause this?, as i have to drive down south on the weekend and would bare minimum like to have some music to liven things up.
(im unsure on how the headunit is wired in, as the guys at strathfield did it, cuz at the time i thought it was a hard job. not hard wired as i have no cd without ignition being in the on or acc mode)

Sounds like a fuse mate.
Check your fuses.
happened to me when i had some LED sticks hooked up in the hook and i had lebo'd the wiring (twist and tape) and had shorted out blowing fuses.
check them :D

are those three things on the same fuse? i though they were separate? would be bit of a coincidence to have them go at the same time if they are seperate. (dw am going to check them, just have to wait till i can see... too hard without the interior lighting circuit lol .)

Yeah pretty sure they all on the one circuit
It should be a 10A fuse caled ACC or interior lighting or something just grab a torch and have a poke around

and it would be a fuse in the passenger compartment not in the engine bay right? and i should check the wiring on EVERYTHING first so as i dont just blow a second one if it is the problem, correct?

Yeah, in the drivers foot well.
It will probably be a shirt circuit somewhere.
See if its the fuse first, then try and retrace the wiring of the neons to see if there are any short circuits or frayed wires or anything

well TUFF seems you were right. busted fuse, couldnt find the problem, so put a new one in anyway and everything is working fine, i assume it will blow again soon however. figured out why i thoujgh the headunit would be on a different fuse... theres one downthere labeled radio or something like that, assumed it was running thru there. obviously irs running thru the lighting circuit.
thanks for yuor help, almost like 24 hour a day service. lol
