Thought all you gen 1 owners might like to look at this it was from a road test Wheels did in the June 1988 issue. The journo summed it up "Drivers who aspire to European sedans, but are put off by the price tags would do well to contemplate it."

And lets face if it wasn't for the Elante my TJ Sports wouldn't exist.

Seems he enjoyed driving it.
