MY 20s are pretty crap for handling, but thats clearly due to the weight. So im thinking about downsizing my rim size. 18s look the go, but, I found a cheap, good quality lightweight pair of 17s for sale.

Im after photos of those who have lowered there car on 17, and 18inch rims. Could you please also say what springs you a are currenty using, so I can judge the height.

not the best picture but im on king springs superlows and have 17 inch tjII vrx rims when first put in settled abit more now

Rob from when you saw my car, it currently has King Lows with 17's. Though my rolling diamatre with 235/45/17 is actually a little smaller than factory, so the wheel arch gaps look a bit bigger than they should.

I've got 18s with Kings superlows on the front and lows on the back.

Ive decided to go 18s guys. Found a decent rim, weights 8.3KG for an 18, 7.5inch wide.

Speedy lite series. Just not sure if i should go black rims, or shadow chrome.

shadow chrome without a doubt. Have a look at someone like mine, TL-R's, or gas hed's car. Shadow chrome on pewter is sex.

Black is sexy, different, and not an over the top look at me im droped on big wheels feel.
