Hi to all :) I have a TR Magna 4CYL and done 215K.. Had a Engine Rebuild. I wanted to have Magna repaired instead of getting a new car - dont know why. I have few questions to ask if any one can help...
I have upgraded seats to Original Howe Lather Trim and looks fabulous. I have managed to get wood grain parts (Driver side & passenger side A/c, rear door and Gear side). Also I had bought white lights ...
Where can i find wood grain kit for TR Auto ?
Would like to add fog lights
Wants to get Wooden steering wheel
Any suggetion for betterment would be really appriciated. forgot to mention - I am at Sydney.

How much did the leather seats cost you??? Ohh and pics or ban
I'd go for some parabolic headlights and a nice dark tint next if you dont have them already...

Which woodgrain bits are you missing? Was a bit hard to follow which bits you currently have.
Best bet is always just to keep an eye out at wreckers, or maybe post up a list of the bits you need, and others might have it in the back of their mind when checking wreckers.
Be aware that there are at least two different woodgrain finishes out there, I think one is shiny and the other matt, and different colours, so you'd need to figure out which matches your current bits.
RE: the wooden steering wheel, you'll need a wheel and a boss kitt (which is often almost as much as the wheel itself). Try to make sure the wheel is the minimum legal 350mm; most of the ones you see on ebay etc aren't, they are usually 320mm.

For foglights/driving lights, most 2nd-genners just fix the lights onto/between the slats in the bumper; depending on the size of the lights, might need to cut the middle slat out.
There are two overseas versions of the bumpers that have built-in driving lights, the series 1 & 2 Diamante bars, but they'll usually cost you around the $300 mark.
Wiring wise, there should be a few diagrams floating around here on the forum, doesn't need to be anything generation specific. The usual legal requirement is that they can only be turned on when at least the parkers are on (ie. can't be turned on without other lights on), so you just need to nut out the logistics of that.
Run a fused wire from the battery via a relay to the lights. The relay is then switched via a switch in the cabin, with it's source power coming through the lighting circuit; NEVER just run a wire from the battery to a switch to the lights, always use an intermediary relay, so there's only a low-current wire running out of the cabin. Less risk of something stuffing up and your car burning!

Cheers, im hoping to find some complete leather seats, but I think I will have no luck so might just get those and put them on some seats from a wreckers. Did you get 3rd gen seats or did you put them on top of your 2nd gen seats???? by the way, how did you go about the left hand drive problem with the cutout??
Also, a cheaper/easier option for a momo wheel is to get a 3rd gen wheel, and it bolts straight it. They are much nicer and thicker. However if your lucky you can find some leather and ralliart ones also.
I might actually have one for sale soon, I bought two from an onlin auction, however I didnt reply with my postage request for about 5 days after and your supposed to pickup within 4 days, so even though they have charged me for it, i dont know if I will get them  Ill let you know if I get them if your interested.

Ollie, be aware that the ones on ebay are sedan covers, the rear seat is different on the wagons.

Hay Ollie,
They were 3rd gen covers but fitted perfectly fine with 2nd gen. Only problem i faced to put it on. I had to remove the old trim and add this one. I had to ask some help from Auto industrie lol. also, no change for LH or RH drive. Please be aware that these covers didnt had a back side trim of Front seats. Trying to search from wrackers . I am just 3 years old in Australia and dont know many Mitsu wrackers.
I had Lancer back in there with many options !!
Re wheel, if you have a link etc let me know...

You can see in my avator where i put my driving lights. And were not too hard to install either. I think they were around the $40 mark with wiring kit. From i think Autopro?? got them nearly 12 months ago now so not sure where i got em. I did chop one of the slats on the bumper out to fit them in nicely into the bar.
hey mate, im still trying to sell my whole dash woodgrain kit... but if u want, u can have these center console woodgrain trim, gimme an offer and we'll see :)
