Well my car has a shaved aerial but i still wanna listen to the radio every once in a while. does anyone know if u can get some sort of aerial that can be window mounted, like inside. my old magna had a digital tv tuner and the aerial lined the front window, so im wondering if there is anything similar to that but just for AM/FM not tv. Or even one that can be mounted externally but not be obvious. like the new car ones that are heaps small, like a fin.
cheers
Rhys

I had a look for that today, and all the ones I found only mentioned TV use (which I actually interested in, but want one that does radio too), none of them said radio.

I shaved my Aerial ages ago.. I got me a $30 powered internal aerial from repco i think it was or something similar.. little black box and the size of a box of matches with two wings anut 3" long out each side.. took me 35mins to fit and magic.. my receptin in 99% untill i hit places like the city and then it drops to crap(tall Buildings). no more am as its FM only..:( i like 2GB..:)

I'm sure I've seen an internal antenna of sorts at the local Autobarn before.
I'd be curious to how well they work... I find the stock radio reception isn't that great. I rarely listen to the radio, but for the few times I do, I'd hate to have reception go downhill.

Most of the time mines is 99% city and a few other places it goes crap.. Where my TV reception on the hard is teh oppisite.. head towards the city and it gets better..:)
