I installed a new Deck in my TJ Magna Exec3
But now the horizontal shifter that changes the air instake from outside to circulate (just below the Aircon) only moves 1/2 way across
Have i some how bent the connecting wire or what?
Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it.
The wire seems to be straight as far as i can see.

Possibly bent the wire or broken the plastic rack/pinion gear which connects to the heater vent unit.

AHhh its just not installed corectly or the wire is kinda caught.. happened to mine and i fixed it once.. but my dodgy speaker install fell apart so i took it off to fix the dodgy speaker install only to put the console back in dodgy.. i should change my nick to dodgy jon... Those centre consoles seem to cause a lot of problems..

Just make sure it aint a screw caught in the gear/lever section thats blocking it!

Which is one of the first reasons mine got stuck..

eh otherwise eh boh i dunno... (mine still is broken i think, i dont use it i just wind down the windows..)
