of how heavy a V6 motor and box is as one unit to remove it out of a magna ?

Weight of my DOHC Was approx 300kgish im pretty sure....
manual box i can lift by myself so would be ~50kg give or take, auto would be a fair bit more

I've used the end setting which is 500kg give or take and shes fine

A short 3.5 weighs 220-230 from memory.

Auto would weigh around 70-80 kg.
