Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone out the would know what the best material is to use under a blacklight to make it re-act. I was told white cotton but under the UV light goes blue. The only other things I was wondering is:
Is there was a colour that actually went red?
What colour does red go under the UV?
Thanks for your help.. :D

a mate of mine has a black light for his boot light and he has a Mitsubishi logo cut into the boot flaw. He has white paper in the Mitsubishi logo and it glows a purple colour

Nothing really will go a Red-red... More or less a fluro-reddy-pink colour, and thats if you use a fairly UV reactant Red cloth or dye/paint IIRC.

Yeah thats what I was thinking that it would be hard to make anything go red.
Am I correct in thinking that cotton is a good material?

It is if you want white cotton to glow purple... Cotton is good depending on what you're using it for obviously.

There are heaps of fluro faints available that will glow under UV light, look at placers like dark zone and other indoor laser skirmish venues, their walls are covered in heapd of UV reactant paint that glows in the dark.
