From what I understand, yes it will. Of course, you would also need a TJ grille. Not sure on the bonnet latch.

fits straight on, u'll need to adjust the position of the bonnet release and that's it i beleive

you can try and modify the bonnet latch however it's bloody hard both people i know who ahve done the conversion ended up purchasing a TJ latch

So if i just get a TJ latch it should fit straight on to the frame of the car..?
I mean it should all line up??
