Well, I just got my hands on a set of Brembos, and they should hopefully be going on within a month or so.

However, I have a question in regard to rims to fit over the front calipers. Now, I do have access to a friend with an EVO who is willing to let me test rims on his car, to make sure they fit. However, how exact is this method ? ie, do Brembos on a Magna have the exact same characteristics as those on an EVO. Do we have a fraction more/less space to work with, or is it exactly the same ?

Last thing I want to happen is test fit rims on an EVO which just fit, then when I go put them on my car, find out theres a 1mm difference, and the rims wont fit on my car.

Considering the calipers are off an EVO, the rotors are too, and on the magna the rotors line up perfectly in the caliper, I’d say they would be the same…

That was my theory, but you can never be to safe. Perhaps the wheel hubs are slightly different, and the rim sits 1mm more in on a Magna.

Dont want to spend 2g on rims, only to find out they dont fit by the smallest of margins.

Just been on the DBA website cos im looking at doing the same thing, and there is a height diference between the two disks with the magna being 45mm in height compared to the Evo at 43.5.
Hope this helps some.

Anyway. Different question. I know the Ralliart wheels were Enkeis, has anyone tried to see if they fit over the front Brembo Calipers.

Im not holding my hopes up, however, if they do
