most exhaust shops shound be able to cut it out for you quite neatly .
i had mine cut out by Exhaust Technology here in sa
the hardest bit you will find is gettin the same ammount of noise out of one side as the otehr
the drivers will be louder !! unless you put a few kinks to restrict that side a little but
heres what i did with mine :)

thats all well and good but you havent got a VRX...
the vrx rear bar will need to be moulded on the opposite side to match..
contact TZABOY (jason) from the forums.. he was making up new pieces to replace the centre piece of the rear bar with a dual zorst moulded one... looks tops... to give you an idea what it should look like check out the rear of EGO's VRX... his was a custom job done by someone else but should look similar to what tzaboys product will
dunno what tzaboy was charging but its sure to be cheaper than what a panel shop would charge to do a one off..

Jet blk had one done in Melb, he said they welded two together cause they couldn't re mould it. Did a top job to, but it cost him.
Edit - here's a picy (don't worry about the reflection of the ugly mug taking the photo)

exactly, i had mine done with the Ralliart bar, and that cost around $500, at mates rates! (including repainting etc)
thats the problem with magna's, very little aftermarket, so the only option is custom or genuine which are both expensive. especially when you combine the 2!

Yeah mine was the same.. $500 just to make the extra hole.. Mates rates.:)
We are talking just the bar here.. Exhaust is all on top of that..:)

You can't weld the bar together as they curve differently, you need to mirror the shape of it

The guy who does it cuts the hole out of your second bar and moulds it into the first bar.
He is located in Geelong and is called the Bumper Master.
Here is the pricing....
$150 second bar for cut out
$300 bumper master
$500 dual exuasts system from cat back with tips
$100 extra if you want stainless tips
this is on the cheap side, so at best your looking at $1050

Will be interesting to see how it comes up when painted, I was led to believe you can't shape this plastic cos of it's flex
